I'm Christian Ortiz, also known as ZacaTechO. I'm an Afro-Indigenous, neurodivergent, Decolonial Social Scientist and technologist. People often question that title because "Decolonial Social Scientist" isn't a professional designation awarded by Western institutions. It's a description of a field of inquiry, a research practice, and a way of studying power.
I study the world before, during, and after European colonization through an interdisciplinary lens. I examine how colonialism continues to shape AI, history, education, economics, media, technology, race, disability, migration, political power, the nervous system, and the body. My research asks not only what happened, but how those histories continue to organize the present. My work doesn't require institutional permission or Colonial titles to exist. Operating through Western frameworks to express my work is a courtesy.
I’m also the creator of Justice AI GPT, the first tool in history to operationalize Decoloniality and Critical Race Theory into a commercial AI bias-auditing system built to solve the AI bias problem at its root.
Justice AI GPT was built entirely outside of western AI companies. It’s fully independent, collects none of your data, shares none of your data, and operates through a data sovereign architecture designed to protect the people who use it, not extract from them.

These thinkers reshaped our understanding of the profound and lasting effects of colonialism and imperialism on societies worldwide. They analyzed racial capitalism, power, knowledge production, liberation, technology, and the social organization of human life.
I carry that lineage into the Decolonization of artificial intelligence, colonial bias, and the full range of disciplines that colonialism shaped and distorted.
My brilliance, like many of yours, has been questioned by institutions that were never built for us. The legitimacy of research comes from the rigor of its methods, the strength of its evidence, the clarity of its analysis, and its willingness to withstand scrutiny.
Demanding Western credentials as the only proof of knowledge is like demanding a doctor in North America to certify a birth in an indigenous village where birth has always been held by midwives, healers, aunties, and medicine people. The child is still born. The knowledge is still real. The work still requires skill.
My work is public. My frameworks are published. My arguments are documented. Critique them. Test them. Challenge them. But bring receipts, not emotions and ego. That's how knowledge grows. Titles don't create scholarship. The work does.
Decolonization is emancipation. Stay rooted in the knowledge they tried to bury.

The Decolonial Journey
STARTING FEB 2027 –
Beginning in early 2027, I'm traveling across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia to document how European colonialism continues to shape everyday life across the world.
This is a long-form field study.
I'll spend time in communities, museums, archives, neighborhoods, universities, and cultural spaces documenting the histories that still organize language, race, education, religion, technology, economics, migration, and identity. Every city becomes another piece of a much larger picture.
Along the way I'll publish documentaries, interviews, articles, photographs, podcasts, and educational resources while continuing to strengthen Decolonial Intelligence.
The goal is simple:
To connect histories that are too often taught in isolation and help people recognize the global architecture of colonialism through evidence, conversation, and lived experience.
