ABOUT JUSTICE AI GPT
The Bias Problem in AI and Real Life
Bias is not a personal flaw.
European colonization taught us how to see each other. Who to trust. Who to fear. Who to believe. Who to discard. That teaching didn't stay in history books. It moved into our workplaces, our friendships, our hiring decisions, and the split-second judgments we make before we even realize we've made them.
It costs people their safety, their opportunities, and their lives.
This is not a self-improvement problem. It is a power problem.
Bias becomes government policy. Bias becomes hiring. Bias becomes who gets believed, who gets protected, who gets promoted, and who gets labeled a threat. Then institutions call those outcomes "normal" or "merit."
That is how Racial Empire Logic hides itself: by making harm feel like common sense.
The Work
The work is not just to notice bias. The work is to interrupt it.
To slow the reflex. To challenge the default. To stop using language that launders harm. To replace "unconscious bias" with Implicit Conditioning, installed deliberately through schools, media, law, and workplaces.
When we decolonize how we think and decide, we don't just become better people. We become safer to be around. We become harder to weaponize. We help build institutions where people of the global majority, disabled people, queer and trans people, immigrants, and everyone deliberately excluded can exist without paying the constant tax of someone else's programming.
People deserve that freedom because they are human. Not because they become more productive when the tax is lifted.
How Justice AI GPT Was Created
Around August of 2022, Christian ZacaTechO Ortiz was among the first people invited to beta test “Chat with 3.5” before it was released to the public.
He knew two things immediately.
One: this technology was going to change the world.
Two: it was already automating oppression.
ChatGPT had no knowledge of his lived intersectional reality as an Afro-Indigenous, neurodivergent man. It could not hold the generations of ancestral memory, survival, and wisdom carried in his body. It had no framework for the communities he came from or the harm those communities had survived. What it did have was the full weight of Eurocentric datasets trained to center whiteness as the default human experience.
Zaca recognized immediately that if left unchallenged, AI at this scale would not just reflect bias. It would industrialize it. And, he was correct.
So he got to work. He built the Decolonial Intelligence Algorithmic (DIA) Framework, which for the first time in history, operationalizes Decoloniality and Critical Race Theory into Artificial Intelligence. His MVP model was built within ChatGPT, then later Claude. Today, it's built outside of western AI companies and is an independent model that doesn't collect your data, doesn't share it, and operates through data sovereign architecture. It's built to identify and dismantle our biases.
What We Built
Justice AI GPT is the world's first AI system designed to eliminate bias at the source.
We don't patch broken systems. We rebuild them with accountability and power redistribution built in from the start.
Our system is powered by the Decolonial Intelligence Algorithmic (DIA) Framework™. The DIA Framework is the first operational and fully documented system to solve the AI bias problem at the architectural level.
Justice AI GPT includes:
The Decolonial Dictionary
The Decolonial Library
The Indigenous Nations Globe
Harmful Colonial Terms
The Cognitive Justice Tab, built specifically for our neurodivergent community
Justice AI GPT is not just an assistant. It is a decolonial system that protects your brilliance and supports collective liberation.

Protect Your Organization from Costly Compliance and Discrimination Litigation
Since 2024, Justice AI GPT Bias Audits have saved organizations
$1.2 billion in legal compliance costs.
Justice AI GPT Bias Audit - Global Measured Impacts
Justice AI GPT’s bias audit framework identifies AI bias, systemic bias, and compliance risk early, with measured impacts including $1.2 billion in potential legal liability savings, 94% bias risk reduction, 43 departments protected, and 250+ issues flagged before harm spreads.
What Are Justice AI GPT Bias Audits?
Justice AI GPT Bias Audits are structural accountability assessments that expose how organizations reproduce colonial harm through their policies, procedures, websites, training manuals, C-Suite operational documents, and workflows. These aren't surface-level diversity checks or compliance theater. They are full-system interrogations that identify where bias in language and operations functions as governance, where it protects power, and where it targets those historically excluded.
We audit the infrastructure of decision-making: the employee handbooks that encode systemic oppression as professionalism, the hiring rubrics that penalize accents and names, the performance reviews that reward assimilation, the client-facing content that centers dominance as default, the operational workflows that distribute resources unequally by design. Every audit applies the Decolonial Intelligence Algorithmic (DIA) Framework™ to dismantle embedded logics of systemic whiteness, patriarchy, ableism, and extractivism operating invisibly inside institutional language and process.
We work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, NGOs, small businesses, educators, organizers, and social impact organizations that understand bias isn't an accident. It's built into the language, policies, and processes organizations use every day.
Every audit we conduct identifies real financial risks, including potential lawsuits, regulatory fines, and discrimination claims. In one case, we audited a single webpage and saved a company $3.2 million in legal liability by catching language that violated federal employment law, disability protections, and could have triggered a class-action lawsuit.
We don't ask if your organization is "inclusive." We ask: whose knowledge is legitimized in your training materials, whose labor is extracted in your workflows, who is excluded by your procedural language, and what colonial assumptions structure your operations. Justice AI GPT Bias Audits have saved organizations over $1.2 billion in legal compliance costs, discrimination lawsuits, regulatory penalties, and reputational damage. That figure represents what institutions didn't lose because they chose accountability over extraction. It represents harm that was interrupted before it compounded. It represents the cost of refusing to operate systems that were designed to dominate. This isn't risk mitigation. It's structural correction. And it works because it refuses to treat bias as a glitch when it was always the design.
